The cookbook focuses on kick-starting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle while finding balance and intention.’
It is set to feature recipes for soups, salads, and sweets.
Her cookbook’s opening provides readers with helpful advice and a step-by-step guide for cooking with a different mindset.
It provides ideas for meaty and light pairings, as well as instructions on how to make meals kid-friendly, as a mother-of-two.
‘I used to do cleanses when I was run down, ‘Bundchen told ABC, ‘but I’ve found a new routine that gives me tons of energy, has overhauled my gut health, satisfies my sweet tooth, and is easier to execute.
‘Drinking a daily smoothie made with sweet fruit [helps]. As I learned from the Valente Brothers — different types of food take different amounts of time and enzymes to be processed by our bodies,’ she finished.
She also took to Instagram as she shared a sneak peek of the cover as she gushed over unexpectedly becoming an author.
‘I’m so excited… Of all the things I’ve done, It’s been completely different. I never even thought I was going to make a cookbook,’ she shared.
Touching on the simple recipes, she said, ‘If I can make it, because I’m not a chef, you can make it.’
Bundchen revealed that it took her a year to pen the cookbook, saying that it was ‘a work of love.’
‘There are so many things to enjoy…lots of things for everyone,’ she finished.
