Doing justice isn’t as simple as putting on a superhero costume and looking for bad guys. There’s a lot of physical fitness involved, and Marvel and DC movies never really show that off. Just look at Batman: He needs to spend some time in the gym doing cardio and weightlifting to get that impressive physique. A weak-looking, muscle-less Batman who can’t run a mile wouldn’t be very effective at taking down bad guys.
We’d assume Batman would have his own gym, but it’s nice to see this Batman going back to his roots with regular people.

Once you reach a certain age, say 99, the unhealthy things in life are no longer your main concern. This means you can enjoy a martini whenever you want because you managed to live to a ripe old age. Special respect to this woman who at 99 still goes to the gym and does light exercise, even if one of her exercises is lifting a martini.
